Meet Alison Malizzi, MSN, AGACNP-BC
Founder and nurse practitioner, Vida Avanti Medicine
Alison has spent more than 25 years in medicine caring for patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. She has practiced for more than a decade as a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Much of that time was spent in emergency medicine, critical care, and the management of complex and chronic illness, where careful assessment and close follow-up make the difference.
Her experience also extends to aesthetics and regenerative medicine. She led clinical operations across three outpatient aesthetic and vascular practices, overseeing patient care, compliance, team leadership, and the opening of a new location. That work showed her how many people feel unheard when they describe exhaustion, poor sleep, low drive, brain fog, or a body that no longer responds the way it used to. Telehealth showed her that excellent, personal care doesn't have to depend on where you live.
Alison founded Vida Avanti Medicine to bring that experience together. Vida Avanti means "life forward," and that's the focus of the practice: helping adults feel strong, clear, and like themselves again as they age. Her care centers on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, metabolic health, and longevity. Every plan starts with a thorough history and real lab work, and patients get an honest explanation of what the evidence supports. Monitoring continues as long as treatment does. Patients can expect unhurried visits, direct access to their clinician, and a plan built around their goals rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
