Do you take insurance?
Vida Avanti Medicine is a cash-pay practice and doesn't bill insurance. You'll know the cost of your visit and any treatment before you start, so there are no surprise bills.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit. Late cancellations and missed visits count as a used visit and carry a $50 fee.
Do I need labs before my first visit?
Yes. After you book and complete your online health history, we order your labs so your results are ready to review at your video visit. If you have recent labs, upload them and we may need fewer tests.
